At Cassie Creates Studios, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with love. We want your personalised goodies to arrive safely and make you smile!

Processing Times

As many of our products are handmade and personalised especially for you, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be made and dispatched.

During busy periods, particularly around Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Delivery

We currently offer the following delivery options:

Stickers only – £1.95

Our stickers are carefully packaged in protective, board-backed envelopes and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter delivery.

Jars & Baubles – £3.75

Our treat jars are securely wrapped and packaged to keep them safe during transit. They are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class delivery.

Combined Product Basket

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your basket.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery service selected.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by Royal Mail delays, bank holidays or busy seasonal periods.

Personalised Orders

Please double-check all names, spellings and personalisation details before placing your order.

As each personalised item is created especially for you, incorrect details supplied at checkout may not be changeable once production has started.

Where Is My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email.
