2. Products

We specialise in personalised pet treat jars. As each item is made to order, slight variations in colour, finish, positioning and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade/personalised nature of the product and do not constitute a fault.

3. Personalisation

Customers are responsible for checking that all names, spellings, dates and other personalisation details entered at checkout are correct.

We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure checkout provider.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • Product information is incorrect due to an error

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • We are unable to fulfil the order

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

5. Processing and Delivery

Orders are made to order and dispatched within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and external factors outside our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, strikes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

As our products are personalised, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Where the fault is confirmed to be ours, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

Our treat jars are intended for the storage of pet treats and are not toys. Pets should always be supervised around the product.

9. Intellectual Property
